• Onsite camping: bring your tent, trailer, or camper van and stay with us all weekend long!
• Access to 40+ workshops with our lineup of both world renowned and local Presenters & Facilitators. Lineup coming soon.
• 1 ‘Village Meal’ provided Saturday evening for all! Seasonally inspired and crafted with whole, real foods.. you won’t want to miss this!
• Access to our Village Marketplace where you can connect with the hands and hearts of our community Artisans. Vendor info coming soon.
• Access to our Village Sanctuary where you can schedule your private 1:1 Therapeutic sessions with your preferred Practitioners *sessions are an additional cost determined by each Practitioner. Practitioner info coming soon.

In addition to your Festival ticket purchase, the following ticket ‘add-ons’ are available for those who wish to elevate their Festival experience!
SAUNA PASS
Enjoy access to our wood burning Saunas and elevate your overall Festival experience. Traditionally used for strengthening one’s connection to the land & its elements, as well as supporting the body in overall relaxation and detoxification. Saunas operate during designated ‘Sauna Hours’. Limited quantities available.
Early Arrival Pass
‘Early Arrival’ ticket add-ons allow for early access to the Festival, on Thursday, between 3-8pm. Set up your camp, get acquainted with the land, and enjoy the Thursday bonus features on our schedule. Must have purchased a Festival ticket to purchase this ‘add-on’. ‘Early Arrival’ additions are not required for Children & Youth Festival tickets.
Village minding
‘Village Minding’ passes allow access to our onsite ‘child care’ zone, where our Festival Care Team is set up to look after the young ones while parents enjoy the Festival offerings solo. In addition to this, Village Minding also provides a supportive space for Mothers who are within the first 4 years of having Children.. enjoy our complimentary tea & elixir station, supportive drop-in services, exclusive offers for pre & postnatal womb work and an overall relaxing atmosphere to decompress, regulate, connect with your little one(s) and the other Mothers within the space. With your Village Minding pass, you can also enjoy a small collection of scheduled workshops & intentional activities for you and your young children. ‘Village Minding’ passes are optional ticket add-ons and are applicable for infants and young children up to age 4. Our ‘Village Minding’ zone runs Friday - Sunday during designated scheduled hours. Limited quantities available.
SHOWER PASS
Showers provided by Rising Moon Glamping. Heated Shower Passes Refresh, Reconnect, and Renew. Step into the warmth of our heated showers and wash away the day under the open sky. Earth-friendly, unscented shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. We ask that you do NOT use your own products, as we care deeply about our impact on the earth and the land that holds us. Thank you for honoring this request. Passes are non-refundable.

Glamping upgrades provided by Rising Moon Glamping. Our Glamping upgrade provides a restful sanctuary after full days of connection, learning & growth... a great extra support in your body's restoration as you journey deeper into remembrance. Choose from cozy 4-person or intimate 2-person tents, thoughtfully prepared with soft linens to hold you through the night. Glamping upgrade includes unlimited access to Organic Tea and Coffee Station—a warm gathering point for nourishment & community. Glamping offers extra comfort, connection & elemental presence as you explore what it means to work in rhythm with the natural world around us.

Once you arrive TO the Festival, you’ll get to experience our Reclaiming Evolution Concession & Grocer — part of our ‘why’ in offering this is to support our community in having REAL wholesome food options available during your time with us, so you don’t have to lower your standards of food options just because you’re camping! Some items are available for pre-order - order form opens in MAY Items include: Sourdough Crackers, Sourdough Bread, various Beef options, Farm Fresh Eggs, Honey Sodas and more! all options are locally sourced, crafted with whole foods & real ingredients, and raised right! In filling out an order form, you ensure that what you’d like for yourself (and your family) will be there waiting for you once you arrive! -> Orders open in May! Supporting Harmonious Evolution Shop
Each year, we like to commission intentional artwork to weave into our retail line.. each piece is hand drawn by our Feature Artist(s). This year, Amanda Lingwood of Art Botanica, is our Featured Artist! Our first piece is titled ‘a Moment in Time’ ‘bridging the gap between us and the natural world, depicting the harmony that is discoverable between the masculine & feminine principles, illuminating the intelligence held within the order of life and the Divine essence & brilliance that is always filling the space between it all. This piece is an invitation into stillness and of presencing to the magnificence Life has to offer.’ Alongside this design, we are regularly adding new designs that hold the intention of inspiring a remembered & restored way forward.. with emphasis on creating healthy homes & family systems through the process.
